To further establish a culture of care and warmth within CRC, Rhenish Grace & Joy Development Centre (RDC) has been actively organizing diverse activities in collaboration with various churches since its establishment in 2022. These activities include retreat camps, staff training workshops, and specialized care programs focused on emotional support and mental health.

The goal of these efforts is to enhance the understanding and capability of church members in recognizing and addressing their own emotional well-being as well as that of others, enabling them to become companions and supporters for one another. Through these activities, members are also encouraged to create a safe and caring environment within their communities. This initiative has also received affirmation and support from church pastors and members, helping the church to further nourish and sustain the spiritual lives of its congregation.
